SIMON KILPATRICK

PIONEERING

Simon leads Praxis Movement and also works with the Home Mission Department Team of the Methodist Church, is part of a team leading a local church and part of a Chaplaincy Team in a local secondary school. Simon is married to Cheryl with three kids and living in Wicklow.

RICK HILL

PIONEERING

Rick Hill works for the Presbyterian Church in Ireland and is passionate about equipping churches in the areas of Discipleship and Leadership. He is married to Sarah and they have 2 young boys – Noah and Micah. Rick is also an elder in Carnmoney Church near Belfast, enjoys running marathons and endures supporting Spurs.

LUCY HILL

PIONEERING

Lucy, originally hails from Belfast but now lives in Dublin with her husband Ross. She is Director of Prayer for 24/7 Prayer Ireland, mum to her 3 girls and co-leads a church community as part of the 24/7 prayer movement. She is passionate about seeing young leaders equipped and especially seeing young women released to lead in the church in Ireland. Lucy also serves on the board of Tearfund Ireland and is currently completing a post grad in Theology.

JOHN OLIVER

PIONEERING

John is married to Karen and they have two sons and a daughter. They live just outside Portadown, Co. Armagh in Northern Ireland. He has been a minister with Elim Pentecostal Churches since 2011 where he led church, was part of the Ignite team (pioneering/evangelism) and led the team who planted Hope Central in Omagh. He is passionate about movement and now leads New Ground Ireland whose mission is to pioneer various expressions of Church across Ireland.

Anne has been living in Dublin since 2013 working with Praxis, Breathe Community (MCI) and currently completing a Masters in Chaplaincy and Pastoral Care at DCU. She is passionate about building community, connecting people, and helping to create change. She’s a cyclist, enjoys cinema and loves anything that makes Dublin better!

GARETH MACLEAN

PIONEERING

Gareth believes God is inviting us to be part of his family and to partner with him in releasing his Kingdom. When he is not running, reading or drinking good coffee he has the privilege of leading an amazing gathering of people in Orangefield Presbyterian Church in Belfast.

FRASER HOSFORD

PIONEERING

Fraser Hosford has been Pastor of Dublin West Community Church since 2010. Born in Dublin, Fraser was born and bred a ‘southsider’ but crossed the river over a decade ago. He is married to Ruth and has three kids. Prior to working for the church, he was an economist and still works in that area part-time. He longs to see people experience God’s love for themselves so that it becomes a transforming power in their lives.

SEAN MULLAN

PIONEERING

Sean worked as a navigation officer in the merchant navy and as a church planter and pastor in Cork and Dublin. He continues to work with church planters and others on mission in the city. He was active in establishing Evangelical Alliance Ireland, he is also on the boards of a number of community projects and faith-based initiatives.
Sean is founder and director of – Third Space – third spaces are neighbourhood places where people can gather regularly, easily, informally and inexpensively. It is a social business venture to open and run eating and meeting places in the areas of Dublin that lack community hubs. Married to Anam they have 3 adult children & 3 granddaughters.

SAM MOORE

PIONEERING & COACHING

Sam trains, coaches and equips leaders for mission with Innovista. He is an activist, loves a good rant and is an aspiring allotment gardener. Over the last year he has been involved in campaigns for green space and a liveable city in Dublin 8 where he lives with his young family and is involved in leadership in St Catherines church.

ANN MARIE KERR

PIONEERING & COACHING

Ann Marie is the Dublin trainer with Innovista Ireland. She is passionate about releasing vision in others. In her role she provides, training, coaching and facilitation to leaders and teams. She and her husband Seamus are Vineyard church planters in Dublin. They have three adult children, who they love hanging out with. She has a lot of experience in church leadership & development, and has a degree in Computer Science (UCD).

Ana was born in Argentina and is married to Seán and she has been living in Ireland for 37 years. Involved in church planting and church leadership for 22 years in Cork and Dublin. The last 10 partly involved in a social enterprise called Third Space in Dublin. She has a BA in Applied Theology from Irish Bible Institute and Diploma in Spiritual direction from Milltown Institute. She is also an artist and likes to use art as a way of helping others to experience God. She is the mother of three adult children and grandmother to three gorgeous girls.

Ross runs an art supply business and co-leads a church community in Dublin with Lucy, his wife. He is passionate about creating spaces centred on prayer, mission and justice. They are in the process of setting up a flower & bakery enterprise to help the local community flourish.

Sarah lectures on and leads the undergraduate programme. She has a master’s in theology from Regent College, Vancouver, and is currently pursuing a PhD in art, theology and community formation.

Hugh has been a leading voice and missional guide for more than 30 years. He has authored such books as The Tangible Kingdom, AND: The Gathered and Scattered Church, Flesh, BIVO, Righteous Brood and Brave Cities. Hugh speaks extensively across the globe, encouraging innovative forms of church, and when home loves to help his wife Cheryl run Rí Beag Refuge, an equine therapy farm. He Co-Directs Brave Cities and is founder of Lantern Network in Alton Illinois.

TAYLOR MCCALL

A serial entrepreneur from a young age, Taylor began serving in traditional ministry in 1999. For the past 15 years, he and his wife Lindsey have been ministering in urban communities, planting churches and have started or helped start over 20 businesses as well as a business incubator that’s launched many more. Along with their 5 kids, they currently are living in Alton, IL just outside of St. Louis working with Hugh Halter and the Lantern Network.

Ralph has 40 years of business experience, including 18 years as the CEO of an automotive aftermarket products manufacturing company, and countless consultancies for businesses and non-profit organizations.

SARA-LOUISE MARTIN

Sara-Louise (SL) is passionate about scaling purpose-driven start-ups. As well as working at FDE she is also a Co-Founder at Impact Central where she leads all marketing, communications and ecosystem-development. Community building is her passion. She has implemented extensive comms and social media strategies for leading financial firms and has provided digital marketing guidance for Fintech start-ups. She was head of comms and marketing at Resurgo, developing digital and social strategies for the launch of the accelerator programme and designed the showcase events, attracting sponsors and 250+
attendees (incl.1000s on livestream). In 2011, she co-founded Tamar, a charity providing support and guidance to women caught up in modern slavery in London

Brad has been involved in church planting for over twenty years and is currently the Director of Multiplication Strategies for the Send Network. He is co-founder of Forge Kansas City, a missional training center located in Kansas City, and the Sentralized conference. He is co-author of Missional Essentials a 12-week group curriculum published by The House Studio, The Missional Quest a book with InterVarsity Press, Next Door As It Is In Heaven, published by NavPress, ReThink: 9 Key Paradigm Shifts for Activating the Church and Covocational Church Planting.

BRIAN SANDERS

Brian is the founder of the Underground Network. A serial entrepreneur, Brian has helped to start hundreds of missional enterprises, including churches, nonprofits, and businesses all over the world. Brian has lived in intentional community in the inner-city for more than twenty years, embodying the ideas that drive him and is now living and working in Dublin, Ireland with his wife and two youngest kids.
